Our Process

We believe that each of our clients is unique, which is why we take the time to understand the challenges and opportunities our clients face. In order to learn about our clients we have developed a systematic approach, much like the systems we use throughout our practice to ensure quality work. To get to know you we use a stepped process that enables us to customize the services we offer you and to provide you what you need, and most importantly, the services you are looking for.

Step 1: Explore: Finding out about you and your business

  • We start with a personal consultation with one of our professionals
  • We familiarize ourselves with your current personal and business situation
  • We enquire of the systems you have in place to operate your business
  • We discuss your business goals and objectives and their linkage to you personal goals and objectives
  • We discuss the current business problems or issues you are facing
  • Most important - We listen

    Step 2: Determine needs and requirements

  • We explain the services we can provide to answer your needs
  • We encourage you to ask questions and share your concerns, as this is an interactive process
  • We determine and diarize all compliance time lines and filing dates
  • We summarize and document the services you have engaged us to perform

    Step 3: The work

  • Information requirements are explained and relevant data is gathered
  • Our team works to complete the engagement requirements specific to your business
  • Systems are utilized to ensure quality

    Step 4: Results and reporting

  • We complete each engagement with a client meeting to go over the results
  • All finished work requires your sign off and satisfaction
  • Some engagements are annual, others require more frequent discussions
  • Interim monitoring and advisory services are utilized where you need them

    Step 5: Your Future

  • To us, business planning is an ongoing process
  • We communicate with you regularly throughout the year
  • We review your requirements at least annually
  • We keep you informed about information that is relevant to your business needs
  • Your business decisions require time sensitive advice
  • We encourage you to maintain an interactive dialogue of changes in your personal and business situation

    Step 6: How are We Doing

  • In order for us to maintain a high level of service we perform a check up on ourselves
  • We will periodically send out a short questionnaire, asking you to rate our service and how we are meeting your needs
  • Your comments are valued as they only serve to make us better
